2. Order Cancellations

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 Hours: Once the 12-hour window passes, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Returns for Defective Goods

We only accept returns for items that are defective or if an error occurred on our part.

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Item arrived physically damaged.
  • Print quality is poor or the design is incorrect.
  • The size or style received does not match your order confirmation.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email Us: Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  3. Prepaid Label: If approved, we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
  4. Ship the Item: Print the label and drop off the package at the designated carrier.

4. Exchanges

  • Our Error: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Customer Error: We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or styles ordered by the customer. Please refer to our Size Charts before finalizing your purchase.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Processing: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
