All orders are processed during standard business days (Monday – Friday).

2. Shipping Estimates
Total delivery time is calculated by adding the handling time to the transit time.

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options based on your order total:
- Orders $100.00 and under: $5.99 Flat Rate
- Orders over $100.00: FREE Shipping
4. Fulfillment & Origin
To ensure efficiency, orders may ship from various fulfillment centers based on inventory availability and your location. We utilize a network of both domestic (U.S.) and international partners to fulfill your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly through our Tracking Page.
6. Important Terms
- Business Days: Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. NFL Fan Zone is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- International Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their local government.
